Mr. Hibachi at Home provides mobile hibachi catering along Scenic Highway 30A, sending a private hibachi chef to cook on-site at your beach house, vacation rental, or event venue. We cover the 30A communities from Seaside and WaterColor to Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Blue Mountain Beach. Your chef sets up the grill and cooks chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, or scallops in front of your guests, serving each plate with fried rice, mixed vegetables, and salad. Adult meals start at $60 per person, kids’ meals are $30, and every event has a $500 minimum before tax and gratuity.

How much does hibachi catering in 30A cost?
Adult meals are $60 per person (any two proteins), the Mr H Special with chicken, shrimp, and steak is $70, and kids’ meals are $30. Every event has a $500 minimum, and the 7% sales tax and suggested 20–25% chef gratuity are not included.
What comes with each meal?
Every plate comes with fried rice, mixed vegetables, and salad, with your choice of chicken, shrimp, steak, salmon, or scallops. Filet (+$10) and lobster tail (+$15) upgrades are available.
Can you bring tables and chairs?
Yes, as an option for $15 per person: tables, chairs, utensils, plates, and tablecloths, plus setup and cleanup.
How many guests do I need?
Most bookings start around 8–10 guests, and every event has a $500 minimum. For groups of 30 or more, a buffet-style hibachi tray is also available at $35 per person.
